Tennessee Man is Jailed After Making Beheading and ISIS Threats

tn criminal attorney - murfreesboro

Terry Wayne McCullough, age 59, was arrested by police in Tullahoma, TN, and is now facing criminal charges after making  wild claims of being a member of ISIS and threatening to behead his neighbors.

Tullahoma Police Chief Paul Blackwell claims that McCullough is a known troublemaker, having been charged with misdemeanors in the past, but the threats had to be taken seriously anyway.

McCullough, state authorities, admitted to making the threats and said he would continue afterward by making Nashville his next target. In his attempts to describe ISIS, however, authorities claim that McCullough stated he was a member of “ISSI.” He then threatened to cut off Blackwell’s head, and he hated Blackwell and all police.

McCullough was placed in Coffee County Jail on $10,000 bond and has been charged with criminal conspiracy.  He is set to appear in court on October 23.
